LUMBERTON — The Public Schools of Robeson County announced Friday that the Lumberton High School FFA Chapter was honored during the Second General Session of the National FFA Convention & Expo with the distinguished Three-Star National Chapter Award — the highest recognition bestowed upon FFA chapters nationwide.

This award celebrates chapters that demonstrate exceptional accomplishment in growing leaders, building communities and strengthening agriculture.

The Three-Star designation represents the top level of achievement within the National Chapter Award Program. Chapters receiving this honor are evaluated on the innovation and impact of their activities, as well as the extent to which their work reflects the mission and strategic goals of the National FFA Organization.
