Traffic to change lanes onto newly built part of Old Ivy Road bridge

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Drivers going across the Old Ivy Bridge will be using a different lane, starting Monday night.

The Virginia Department of Transportation says the contractor will shift the eastbound traffic on Old Ivy Road onto the newly constructed north side of the bridge over the Route 29/250 Bypass.
