NEWBURGH – On November 23, 2025, at approximately 4 a.m., City of Newburgh Police responded to the area of 91 Mill Street for a ShotSpotter activation indicating one round of gunfire, officials said. Upon arrival officers located one shell casing.

No property has been identified as damaged, and no one was struck.

City detectives are investigating the incident.
