A local marketplace has grown into a premier festival showcasing the best of the Midwest.

The "Midwest Fest" has brought the holiday spirit to downtown Omaha.

Shoppers bundled up in the cold to see if they wanted something like candles or a Santa shirt to get you into the Christmas spirit.

"I was just trying to bring more pride to Nebraska, to the Midwest, and bring more joy color to the world," said Max Korensky, business owner.
