ASHBY — An Alexandria man was injured in a one-vehicle rollover on Interstate 94 in Grant County Sunday, Nov. 30.

At about 10:16 p.m., Luis Raul Cervantes Garcia, 27, was driving a 2004 Toyota Corolla west near mile marker 72 in Pelican Lake Township near Ashby when the vehicle slid into the right ditch and rolled, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Garcia, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Lake Region Hospital, according to the crash report.

The Ashby Fire Department and Rescue, and the Grant County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene.

Snow and ice were on the road. The air bag was not deployed.
