LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Monday morning, city of Lincoln officials released an update on winter operations.

From social media manager, Emily Haney, winter operations crews have returned their focus to clearing arterial routes ahead of the morning commute.

Streets are partially covered and drivers should be alert for slick spots and refrozen areas.

The city reminds people to stay informed on the status of winter operations in Lincoln. Additional winter operations information is available at lincoln.ne.gov/snow .

The city says they will provide another update Monday, at 2 p.m.
