A Harrisburg resident shot another man inside a city gas station after a Sunday night argument, police said in court documents.
Surveillance cameras captured Alex Valentin driving away from the scene of the 11:15 p.m. shooting at the Sunoco gas station on the 1100 block of North Cameron Street, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Court documents said footage from inside the Sunoco showed Valentin, 39, getting into an argument with a man while standing near the cash register. The man hit Valentin in the face and the pair started to wrestle, police said in the affidavit.
Valentin then went out to a Toyota parked at the gas pumps, returned to the store with a black semi-automatic pistol and shot the man once in the left leg, the affidavit said.
