The families of two girls who a man allegedly tried to abduct in a pair of Macomb County communities in August 2024 are furious that prosecutors are accepting an insanity plea in the case.
Macomb County prosecutors and the attorney for accused abductor Endi Bala appear to have agreed to resolve his criminal case with an insanity designation based on a report filed by the Center for Forensic Psychiatry, despite the fact they could challenge it as the office has contested insanity pleas in the past.
