Tim Little, 74, has been working for Mountain Rides as a transit operator for three years. From stop-to-stop, there is a passenger that Little knows. Daily interactions are one of the things he enjoys most about his job.

Little’s trajectory has not always been linear. Little, an Oregon native, holds a degree in auto mechanics from Santa Rosa Junior College and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Sonoma State University.
