A 32-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a spate of Aberdeen city centre thefts.
Officers received reports of 13 incidents of shoplifting from businesses across the city over a period of three months.
The incidents took place between Monday, September 8 and Tuesday, December 2, with stolen property recovered by police .
The man was due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday, December 3.
Constable Max Kuls, City Centre Policing Team, said: "We will continue to conduct high visibility patrols throughout the city centre over the festive period.
"Local officers are working alongside the Retail Crime Taskforce to combat retail crime."
