Two holiday events are coming up this weekend in Wallingford and police will be closing several streets streets.

The Holiday Stroll is happening on Friday. Starting at 4 p.m., parking will be prohibited on the north side of Center Street between North Whittlesey Avenue and North Colony Road.

At 3:30 p.m., Hall Avenue will be closed to all vehicles west of its intersection with North Colony Road and east of the railroad crossing.

Parking prohibitions and road closures will remain until 9 p.m.

Seasons of Celebration is happening on Saturday, which will include the Frosty Parade and Tree Lighting.

South Main Street between the intersection of Center Street and Prince Street will be closed starting at 11 a.m.
