Army investigators said this week the Fort Hood doctor accused of improperly recording and photographing female patients in his care was apprehended, which is “equivalent to making an arrest in the civilian justice system.”

On Thursday, Bell County Jail officials released the booking photo of Dr. Blaine McGraw, an Army major and obstetrician-gynecologist still under investigation.

“Army CID continues to investigate allegations involving a medical provider at Fort Hood, Texas, who reportedly recorded a patient during an exam on October 17, 2025.
