Two Warwickshire towns have been named among the best places to live in the UK. Leamington Spa was ranked best place to live in the West Midlands and 12th best place in the UK while Stratford came third in the region and 28th nationally.
The rankings were produced by Rightmove who asked thousands of residents across the UK how they feel about their area.
The rankings took into consideration access to employment as well as the friendliness of the people and essential services like schools and doctors.
Leamington has long been a regular in these types of rankings, described by one reviewer as ‘the Bath of Warwickshire ’.
The average house price in Leamington is currently £384,428.
