3:02 p.m.: Law enforcement responded to a report of a theft on 24th Street W. An unknown suspect made unauthorized charges to a card totaling more than $500.

November 17

1:16 p.m.: Theft involving a former employee at Galactic Smoke Shop was reported. The business reported an approximate loss of $99. The incident was forwarded to the City Attorney’s Office.

November 18

1:23 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a bag of green leafy substance on the side of the road on Third Avenue W. The bag was placed into evidence for destruction.

4:08 p.m.: A female reported being sexually assaulted. The case is being investigated.
