LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A binational celebration of the Virgin of Guadalupe began at International Bridge 1 in downtown Laredo on Saturday, Dec. 6. The celebration continued through Zaragoza and ended at St. Augustine Plaza.
The Mexican Consulate and Laredo Proud, Inc., a local nonprofit, sponsored the event. Mexican Consulate Juan Carlos Mendoza and Mayor Dr. Victor Trevino attended.
“Celebrating binational collaboration is part of who we are as Laredo.
