The Michigan Center boys basketball team cruised to a 75-26 win over East Jackson on Friday.

Leading 36-21 at halftime, Michigan Center outscored the Trojans 22-3 in the third and 17-2 in the fourth.

Jayden Watson scored 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Cardinals while Tre Collins added 17 and Travis Collins scored 16. As a team, the Cardinals shot 10-for-23 from the 3-point line.

Columbia Central 53, Hanover-Horton 34: The Golden Eagles picked up a win over the Comets.

Nolan Schiel scored 26 points to lead Columbia Central. David Munro added 12.

Jakob Weir led Hanover-Horton with 13.

Leslie 64, Grass Lake 27: The Blackhawks improved to 2-0 with a win over the Warriors, jumping out to a 16-6 lead after one quarter and leading 35-14 at halftime.
