WASHOE COUNTY, Nev. (KOLO) - On Saturday, Dec. 6, at 11 a.m., southbound US 395 at Hallelujah Junction is closed, according to a California Highway Patrol - Susanville Facebook post.

US 395 northbound is open.

The closure is from the state line to State Route 70. To bypass, use Red Rock Road, according to a California Highway Patrol - Quincy Facebook post.

The closure is due to an ongoing multi-agency law enforcement response, according to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Facebook post.

First responders are working in the area, the post said.

An investigation is underway.
