The purge of the Giants ’ defensive coaches continues.

The franchise fired assistant defensive line coach Bryan Cox, according to multiple reports.

Cox, 57, no longer appears on the team’s Website. He was a three-time Pro Bowl selection at linebacker who won Super Bowl XXXVI with the New England Patriots.

The struggling Giants previously fired head coach Brian Daboll and defensive coordinator Shane Bowen this season after parting ways last season with defensive pass game coordinator/defensive backs coach Jerome Henderson and safeties coach Michael Treier, In 2024, the team also fired defensive coordinator Wink Martindale.

The Giants (2-11) next face the Washington Commanders Dec. 14.
