A house in Union that sold for $980,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Union Township area between Nov. 17 and Nov. 30.

The area saw a total of 14 residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $613,571, or $411 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 17 to the week of Nov. 30 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The property at 526 Robinson Terrace in Union has new owners. The price was $480,000. The single-family residence was built in 1949 and has a living area of 1,337 square feet. The price per square foot was $359. The deal was finalized on Nov. 6.
