LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- Enbridge Gas Ohio recently started a project replacing bare steel gas lines with corrosion-resistant plastic lines on Bunts Road.
“We’re investing about $1 million in the Bunts Road project,” Enbridge Gas Ohio Communications Consultant Stephanie Moore said.
“It involves the installation of 3,217 feet of new gas lines to replace and relocate existing infrastructure.”
The project is part of Enbridge Gas Ohio’s Pipeline Infrastructure Replacement program, which was launched in 2008 to replace more than 5,500 miles of gas utility lines in the company’s service area.
Customers received a letter notifying them of this work at the beginning of November.
