COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — A multi-agency investigation into a series of drive-by shootings has put eight people, including two teens, behind bars in Colleton County.
The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office said it worked with the South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division, the Walterboro Police Department and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office to charge the following group of people in connection to several “violent crimes” in Colleton County:
Semaj Jashawn Dollard, 22, of Walterboro is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, aggravated breach of peace, criminal conspiracy attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime
Jamal Xavier Cincere Risher, 21, of Summerville is charged with three counts of first-degree assault and battery, one count of discharging
