LINCOLN, Neb. —
The Lancaster County Attorney's Office announced it will not be filing charges in the death of 24-year-old Jarell Wheeler .
According to a news release from the attorney's office, Wheeler was shot and killed in the area of 13th and E streets in Lincoln on Dec. 4.
Lincoln police arrested Emanuel Greenwalt-Claypool, 23, for second-degree murder, use of a firearm to commit a felony, and second-degree assault.
