HUNTINGTON — Huntington and Cabell County’s fight against three major U.S. drug distributors accused of causing a health crisis in the area will continue next week.
The opioid case will come back to court for its first hearing at 10 a.m. Dec. 16 in the U.S. District Court Southern District of West Virginia in Charleston, according to an update shared by Mayor Patrick Farrell during a Huntington City Council meeting Monday. Legal Affairs
