NEWBURGH – State Police are keeping mum as to why several troopers are at the Hudson River in Newburgh for a second day.

Scuba divers were in the cold, murky water with at least one using a metal detector.

It was unknown if they were looking for clues in a criminal case. But divers donned wet suits and entered the water for two days in a row.
