Three men charged in an Owen Sound restaurateur’s death more than two years ago made brief appearances in an Owen Sound courtroom Friday morning.

Each was brought in separately and taken out of the courtroom after answering some questions. They were extradited from the U.K. the day before.

Court security brought in Robert Busby Evans, 47, and then Barry Evans, 54, both charged with accessory after the fact. The final man who appeared, Robert Evans, 24, is charged with manslaughter in the death of Sharif Rahman, a 44-year-old father and husband who ran a downtown restaurant.

All ages are as provided at the time they were charged. The charges themselves have not been tested in court.

All three remain in custody.
