A Tecumseh High School student is in custody after allegedly making violent threats online, including posts that showed weapons inside a school bathroom. Investigators say the FBI tipped off the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office after identifying credible threats.

“The safety of our children is one of our number one concerns,” said Captain Jared Strand. “Any other threats... we will deal with them the same way and do a thorough investigation.”
