BIRMINGHAM, Ala. —
A video showing two girls fighting at Tom Brown Village in Birmingham led to charges against four women, including one also accused of child endangerment.
The incident, which occurred on Thursday, shows the girls throwing punches and pulling hair while adults appear to push them and encourage the fight.

The Housing Authority of Birmingham (HABD) issued a statement following the circulation of the video: “HABD does not tolerate crime happening in our communities,” said Ken Foreman, the authority’s director of public safety. “Those individuals who commit such crimes will be arrested and evicted.”
