CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. ( KPTV /Gray News) - A man in Oregon was arrested after deputies say he was allegedly found living in the crawl space of a condo.
Benjamin Bucur, 40, was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary and unlawful possession of meth.
The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a condominium complex on SE Old Town Court near Happy Valley at around 11 p.m. on Wednesday.
A witness reportedly told deputies they saw Bucur, who they believed did not live at the complex, park his car and walk to the back of the building.
The witness also says they noticed the door to the crawl space was open and light was coming from the inside before it was later closed.
