SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Four people are injured after a crash that took place Sunday night.
According to Sioux Falls Police Department Spokesman Sgt. Aaron Benson, officers were dispatched to the intersection of 26th Street and Southeastern Ave. just after 9:30 p.m.
A Jeep Cherokee was turning left to go south on Southeastern when it collided with a GMC Acadia heading east.
All four passengers of the GMC were taken to a hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
According to police reports, Christopher Heil, 42, was charged with a DUI, vehicular battery and failing to yield a left turn.
The driver of the GMC, 38-year-old Hernan Motley, was charged with reckless driving as the car was driving 57 mph in a 30 mph zone.
