RADCLIFF, Ky. —

A Radcliff man will stand trial next year for the murder of his boyfriend.

Christopher McWilliams, 35, appeared in court Tuesday morning.

Police say he stabbed his boyfriend, Howard Tabor, in the back three times with a knife on the Fourth of July.

Charges against McWilliams were upgraded from assault to murder after Tabor died at UofL Hospital.

As of now, his trial is scheduled for April 6, 2026.
