LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Lansing Mayor Andy Schor has announced the recipient of the 2025 City of Lansing Arts Impact Project, which provides annual funding to support local arts and culture organizations.

This year’s Arts Impact grant has been awarded to Jen Estill and Redhead Creative Consultancy for a multidisciplinary public installation that celebrates history, industry, and reinvention.

The project will transform a portion of Friedland Industries’ east fence line on Cedar Street, between Maple and Adams Streets, into an immersive art, history, and education experience honoring the site’s legacy.
