LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The cost of houses is dropping in the Las Vegas Valley, according to reports.

Las Vegas Realtors released their September numbers, which show the valley has shifted into a buyer’s market.

The September report from LVR shared that home prices are declining while the number of homes available continues to rise. The number of homes for sale is up 37 percent from last year.

The median price for single-family homes last month was $470,000, which is down more than two percent from the same time last year. Officials say it is a perfect blend for buyers.
