Police have issued an urgent warning after young people were clocked climbing and jumping on building roofs in Warwickshire . The force said that 'unfortunately' in recent weeks it has received a rise in reports in Nuneaton and in and around Stratford town centre.
Superintendent Stephen Flavell dubbed the actions not only an act of anti-social behaviour, but said that they cause a 'huge safety issue'. Now they are trying to put a stop to the potentially dangerous stunts.
But he has urged parents and carers to do their bit and issued a personal appeal for them to warn their children of the dangers of 'climbing on properties'.
