SMITHFIELD – Great food, great toast, great home fries, great service, a good cup of coffee and the right personality is the recipe to a successful business and happy customers said Gina Traficante of the Breakfast Spot.
Gina and her husband, Jared Traficante, opened the Breakfast Spot at 345 Waterman Ave. last Friday, and already proving their recipe is a winner. With more than 20 years of experience in the service industry, 15 of which were in breakfast restaurants, Gina said she knows what it takes to run a great breakfast diner.
“Opening a breakfast restaurant has always been my dream,” Gina said.
