CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - One person is seriously hurt after a shooting early Sunday morning in south Charlotte, according to MEDIC.

The shooting happened just after midnight on Nations Ford Road near the entrance to Interstate 77.

MEDIC took the person who was shot to a hospital to be treated for their injuries.
