RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- This weekend brings a mix of weather to Central NC.

Widespread frost is expected Friday night and Saturday morning as temperatures dip into the 30s.

A Frost Advisory was issued by the National Weather Service for Friday until 9 a.m. for the following counties: Person, Granville, Vance, Warren. Halifax, Forsyth, Guilford, Alamance, Orange, Durham, Franklin, Nash, Edgecombe, Davidson, Randolph, Chatham, Wake, Stanly, Montgomery, Moore, and Lee.

Friday overall will be sunny and seasonable, with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. However, gusty winds and dry conditions increase the fire danger.

Saturday will be similar, with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
