Suffolk County Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers, working with the New York State Liquor Authority and the Smithtown Fire Marshal, carried out the inspection at Celtic Crossing Tavern on Pulaski Road in Kings Park at approximately 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, the release said. Officers discovered the crowded bar was filled with minors drinking alcohol.

All three were issued Field Appearance Tickets and are scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date, police said.
The Smithtown Fire Marshal issued summonses for 10 code violations and immediately closed the tavern. It will remain shut down until all violations are corrected and the building passes re-inspection.
Investigators also recovered a loaded shotgun inside the business during the inspection.
