On Monday at 1:57 a.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Tuesday between 3 a.m. and 1 p.m. for Northern Clinton, Northern Centre, Southern Centre and Southern Clinton as well as Blair, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata, Union, Snyder, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon and Cumberland counties.
"Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches," can be expected according to the weather service. "Snowfall rates up to 1 inch per hour are possible."
"Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
