LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
Police released their report about the threats made against UofL coaches and a player.
The threats were specifically aimed at head coach Jeff Brohm, his family, and quarterback Miller Moss.
Brian Mandel, of Texas, was indicted for terroristic threatening and attempted extortion after police say he made threats after UofL’s loss to the University of California on Nov. 8.
The report from UofL police says in one message directly after the game, Mandel wrote, quote, “Mark my words, I am going to kill you and your entire [expletive] family.”
The next day, he wrote another threatening message saying, quote, “I am going to spend the rest of my life making yours miserable. You cost me $80,000 last night. You can either pay me or suffer the consequences. [Redacted]. They will
