JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is in critical condition following a road rage confrontation-turned-shooting Monday morning, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says.
Officers were called out to a reported shooting at Del-Air Heating & Air Conditioning on Philips Highway at approximately 7:30 a.m., according to the sheriff's office. Officers found the victim, a man in his early 60s, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
JSO said an initial investigation revealed that the angry driver followed the suspect, identified as 35-year-old Terry Knight, after he allegedly cut him off in a company vehicle. According to the arrest report, once the two men arrived at the business, they got into an argument.
