A house in Irvington that sold for $545,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Irvington area between Nov. 17 and Nov. 30.

In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $349,813, or $224 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 17 to the week of Nov. 30 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

8. $205K, single-family home at 858 Lyons Ave.

The sale of the single-family house at 858 Lyons Ave. in Irvington has been finalized. The price was $205,000. It was built in 1907 and has a living area of 1,415 square feet. The price per square foot was $145. The deal was finalized on Oct. 20.
