The area saw a total of 17 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $487,406. The average price per square foot was $205.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $335K, single-family home at 326 Hillcrest Lane

A sale has been finalized for a detached house at 326 Hillcrest Lane in Blackwood. The price was $335,000. The house was built in 1958 and the living area totals 1,120 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $299. The deal was finalized on Nov. 12.
