A nan claims her flat has been allowed to get cold and damp due to an constant leak in her roof. Carol Spencer, from Huyton , claims her health has been affected by living in her flat where a leak in the roof has caused dampness inside the property.

Ms Spencer told the ECHO how she returned home to Milner Court in Huyton on November 19 to find a small leak in her living room, next to the skylight in her ceiling. She reported the leak to her landlord , Livv Housing Group, and claims she was told someone would come and take a look at the issue.
