KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - We’re waking up to areas of freezing fog and where we don’t have fog it’s just cold.

Sunday looks better for the afternoon with the next front delayed until overnight into Monday morning.

SUNDAY - Sunday comes with more pockets of sunshine and clouds building as we move into the afternoon. I think we’re dry and warmer for the Townsend Christmas Parade coming up at 2:30 on Sunday afternoon. Our high tries to knock on 50 for the afternoon.

SUNDAY NIGHT - Overnight into Monday morning we’ll see building clouds give way to widespread rain. The rain will be light, but enough to make for an inconvenient commute on Monday morning. Temperatures are warmer at 37.

MONDAY - Areas of rain will be around the area and moving east. Higher elevations and up into Kentucky will
