A lottery player in Worcester won $25,000 a year for life on Monday playing a game that’s set to end in 2026.

The winning $25,000 a year for life ticket was sold at the Shaw’s grocery store in Worcester.

It was from the “Lucky for Life” drawing held on Monday. The winning numbers for the drawing were 11, 14, 28, 30, 41 and Lucky Ball: 11.

The winning ticket sold at Shaw’s matched all of the first five numbers, but not the Lucky Ball, to win $25,000 a year for life.

The multi-state “Lucky for Life” lottery game will end at the start of 2026, to be replaced by a new $5 drawing game called “Millionaire for Life.” In the new game, players will have the chance to win $1 million a year for life.

Overall, at least 647 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Monday
