MARSHALL, Texas - It's official. Tracy Andrus has filed his candidacy for the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Texas' 1st congressional district.

The community advocate, educator, and criminal justice reformer launched his campaign back in June, but made it official by filing the paperwork. He hopes to unseat Congressman Nathaniel Moran.

Andrus is vowing to fight for everyday Texans who feel forgotten and betrayed by extreme, far-right policies.
