LANE COUNTY, Ore. - Two men have been arrested in connection with separate cases of sexual abuse involving teenage children in Lane County, according to the Lane County Sheriff's Office.

LCSO officials said that 40-year-old David Robert Neubert, Jr. of Florence was arrested on Nov. 19. Detectives served a search warrant at a residence on Highway 101, north of Florence, and Neubert was taken into custody, authorities said.

Neubert faces multiple charges, including three counts of sex abuse in the second degree and two counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

In a separate case, 44-year-old Jesse Michael Shelton of Mapleton was arrested on the same day. Deputies, with assistance from K9 Ripp, located Shelton hiding along the bank of Sweet Creek after he fled from a residence on Cedar Cree
