NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. —
The first day of fall is September 22, and Nebraskans are already kicking off the season with all kinds of autumn excitement.
At Arbor Day Farm, the foggy weather didn't stop people from coming out and celebrating fall at the Applejack Festival.
For over fifty years, Nebraska families have made it their tradition to come out and enjoy the harvest season among the apple trees.
For the first time, guests also enjoyed picking their own flowers and tasting some new foods, including caramel apple cinnamon rolls and burnt end walking nachos.
If you missed the festival this weekend, you can stop by next September 27 or 28 as well.
